Nital Luxe (maintain)

• 1 lyophilized powder vial containing 50mg NADH + .5mg B12
• Bacteriostatic solution for reconstitution
• Antiseptic numbing wipe
• Intramuscular syringe

Reconstitution (Mixing the Vial):

• Wash hands thoroughly and prepare a clean, flat surface.
• Remove the protective caps from the Nital Luxe powder vial and the bacteriostatic water vial.
• Clean both vial stoppers with an alcohol wipe and allow to dry.
• Using a sterile syringe, draw 1 mL of bacteriostatic water.
• Slowly inject the water into the powder vial, directing the stream against the inside wall of the vial (not directly onto the powder).
• Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Do not shake.
• The solution should appear clear and colorless.

Preparing the Syringe:

• Clean the vial stopper again with an alcohol wipe.
• Using a new sterile syringe, draw up the prescribed dose as directed by your clinician.
• Remove any air bubbles by gently tapping the syringe and expelling excess air.
• Recap the needle carefully until ready for use.

Intramuscular (IM) Administration:

• Common IM injection sites include the upper outer glute or deltoid muscle, as directed by your clinician.
• Clean the injection site with included antiseptic numbing wipe and allow to dry.
• Insert the needle at a 90-degree angle into the muscle.
• Inject the solution slowly and steadily.
• Withdraw the needle smoothly and apply gentle pressure with wipe.
• Dispose of all needles and syringes in an approved sharps container.

• For intramuscular or subcutaneous use only.
• Store reconstituted vials in the refrigerator.
• Do not reuse needles or syringes.
• Use within the timeframe specified by your pharmacy.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Discontinue use and contact your provider if irritation or unexpected symptoms occur.
