Nital Luxe is the signature supplement from Nital Labs — a dual compound formula of 50mg NADH + .5mg B12 designed for intramuscular delivery. This introductory 8 vial protocol serves as a “loading phase” to restore foundational NADH levels in the body.
Unlike NAD+ therapies, which require biological conversion into the active NADH form, Nital Luxe delivers bioavailable NADH directly — the coenzyme responsible for mitochondrial energy, cellular repair, and systemic renewal. When injected intramuscularly, 100% of the NADH is usable by the body, resulting in fast-acting, sustained vitality without the side effects associated with NAD+ saturation.
Each vial is compounded with methylated B12, enhancing energy metabolism and nervous system support. Together, this synergistic pairing promotes clarity, stamina, and deep cellular nourishment.
This starter protocol includes 8 amber glass vials — enough for 2 injections per week over 4 weeks. After the initial stack, users may transition to a maintenance dose of 1 injection per month or as needed.

Administration

Reconstitution (Mixing the Vial):
- Wash hands thoroughly and prepare a clean, flat surface.
- Remove the protective caps from the Nital Luxe powder vial and the bacteriostatic water vial.
- Clean both vial stoppers with an alcohol wipe and allow to dry.
- Using a sterile syringe, draw 1 mL of bacteriostatic water.
- Slowly inject the water into the powder vial, directing the stream against the inside wall of the vial (not directly onto the powder).
- Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Do not shake.
- The solution should appear clear and colorless.
Preparing the Syringe:
- Clean the vial stopper again with an alcohol wipe.
- Using a new sterile syringe, draw up the prescribed dose as directed by your clinician.
- Remove any air bubbles by gently tapping the syringe and expelling excess air.
- Recap the needle carefully until ready for use.
Intramuscular (IM) Administration:
- Common IM injection sites include the upper outer glute or deltoid muscle, as directed by your clinician.
- Clean the injection site with included antiseptic numbing wipe and allow to dry.
- Insert the needle at a 90-degree angle into the muscle.
- Inject the solution slowly and steadily.
- Withdraw the needle smoothly and apply gentle pressure with wipe.
- Dispose of all needles and syringes in an approved sharps container.
